Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Amazing Food, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Amazing Food. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform features is not allowed.

License You Grant Us

When you post reviews, ratings, photos, or other content, you grant Amazing Food a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in our marketing.

Content you submit must:

• Reflect your own genuine experience with the dish or restaurant
• Not contain hate speech, harassment, or explicit material
• Not be spam, advertising, or unrelated to the dish or restaurant
• Not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights

Moderation

We may review, remove, or refuse to publish any content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Post fake reviews or ratings, or pay or incentivize others to do so
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools
• Impersonate another person, restaurant, or business
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access accounts that are not yours

Billing

Paid plans (such as Food Lover and Business subscriptions) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.

Accuracy of Restaurant Information

If you register or manage a restaurant on Amazing Food, you are responsible for the accuracy of the menu, dish, and business information you submit.

Admin Review

New restaurant registrations and ownership claims are subject to review and approval before becoming publicly visible.

The Amazing Food name, logo, and platform design are owned by us and may not be used without permission. All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved.

No Warranty

Dish, restaurant, and pricing information on Amazing Food is provided by users and third-party sources and may not always be accurate or current. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

Third-Party Services

Amazing Food integrates with third-party services, such as Google Places and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party content or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amazing Food is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
